Thanks J- Me too. I'll have soup kitchen photos soon. Open House is Friday Night! Go God! (this is Laura, not Sam, I'm just too busy to sign him off and sign me on...things like that , that take seconds in the US, take long long minutes in SA!)

Excellent! I'll keep checking back.

Hey, what's the Good Lord showing you these days?

Today He was reminding me that he's good ALL THE TIME- not just when beans are on sale or the clouds are hovering just above the mountains...but when there's no spontaneous blessing that causes me to say "God is good!'...God is still good....

Okay- this is my diatribe because I get annoyed with Christians who say ' God is so good. God was really blessing me...we were nearly in a car accident..." Well guess what- God is good whether you were in a car accident or not. It's his character. God is always good. We just fail to see it unless things are going 'our way'.

You asked. :)

Laura I love your diatribe. In fact, I just plain love you. And you are right. God is good all the time. Period.
I had lunch with Chris Ecklund and Rob Allen today. What awesome men (and so were the burritos, but don't make me pick what was more awesome.)We talked about you, the boys and SA. I miss you all. More later.

Hey Jeanne-
You know me and diatribe- when Ty died I asked for a double portion of his mantle...:) He was, after all, the King of diatribe.

You just had burritos with 2 amazing guys! Lucky you.

I miss you. Can't wait to see you in late November.

La,

I'm with Jeanne, I loved your diatribe too. We're not supposed to be outcome oriented, we're supposed to be God-centered. It's a whole new paradigm.

I am praying for your safety and that God would use your whole team mightily.

I sure love you guys, La.

There is no power on earth strong enough to harm you as God Himself protects you.

Praise God!
